After receiving your practice kit via mail, you will then be given your training videos. Videos will be set as a step by step process. After passing off each level, your next step video will be sent. This course will be at your rate, this course typically takes a total of 15-20 hours to be completed. You will need a desk & lamp setup for your practice. Once you have passed off all stages of the technique, a certification will be awarded & sent through the mail. Live video chats with an instructor are available upon request if needed.
