I'd love to share with you some of my best daily life hacks in which I've found to help me feel at the top of my game. When practicing these day-to-day rituals, my day feels so much better. By incorporating just a couple of these routines into our daily lives, we can develop better habits; which ultimately leads to a more fulfilled you!
Intermittent fasting: Feel more clarity each day while burning fat & feeling more energetic. Fasting does wonders for our health. Check out this video for more information on fasting.

Here are some of my favorite evidence-based benefits: Human growth hormone: Higher levels of this hormone facilitate fat burning and muscle gain, and slows down the aging process.
Cellular repair: The body induces a critical cellular repair processes, such as removing waste material from cells.
Disease prevention: There are beneficial changes in genes and molecules related to longevity and protection against disease when in a fasted state.
Morning or Evening walks:
Get your body & brain to wake up naturally, no need for coffee.. A tall glass of lemon water beforehand & the perfect time being mindful & thankful for another full day. Walks relieve stress & elevate mood. Also, an ideal way to obtain the necessary dose of Vitamin D (sunshine is the best source for Vitamin D) Sunshine gives us happiness by releasing endorphins. Incorporating walks in the morning or evening helps to not worry about stronger UV rays happening during the daytime. Too much or too strong UV rays have damaging effects on our skin.
Fresh juice or smoothie- An easy & delicious way to be sure your getting the vital nutrients your body needs. Be sure to throw in plenty of greens & superfood supplements. Juice Recipes
My favorite is combining my fresh squeezed juice from my juicer and making a smoothie with it
Glowing skin tonic- I try to mix these up throughout the week. Either a wheatgrass shot or Ginger & turmeric shot prepared with my juicer. These roots are extremely powerful in fighting off bad pathogens & high in antioxidants resulting in healthy DNA. They also help in the prevention of Cancer, Alzheimers and many other diseases. Wheatgrass is an excellent source of many different vitamins and minerals. It is especially high in vitamins A, C and E, as well as calcium, iron, magnesium and amino acids.Of its 17 amino acids, 8 of those are considered essential, meaning your body cannot produce them and you must obtain them from food sources.
Morning or evening stretching- Relax your body & help your chakras flow. Focus on deep breathing as you work into your stretches & hold. This is especially beneficial if you're lifting weights, feels so great on sore muscles. Plus let's not grow old with little range of motion.
Matcha green tea- Feel uplifted with no crash from coffee, while keeping you hydrated unlike coffee. Matcha contains caffeine and L-theanine, an amino acid known for its calming effects. Daily gratitude & journaling- Many of our moments in life will pass by and be forgotten. Anytime there's something in life which really stands out for me I make sure to journal it whether it be in email, notebook, diary or Iphone notes...save it forever. I also feel this is a perfect way to tell stories for my children & grand children. Writing out gratifications you have for your life keeps you positive & feeling joy.
Plan your day out- Whether it be early in the morning or right before you go to bed, decide how this day is going to play out. Focus on being just a little better than the day before and always improving always striving to become a better you. List your top priorities (the most important tasks) even if it's just one or two a day & get them accomplished early in your day. This alone will help you to feel grateful & proud of yourself. Talent hour- Become the best version of yourself. With me being an artist this one is crucial for me, if I want to become the artist I dream about I know it's gonna take dedication and commitment. So everyday, even weekends I commit to just one hour of practice in my craft. This is my livelihood. It's said that if you can turn your passion into how you earn your living, it'll be a good life. Even if your not making money in your talent or that thing you love doing in your downtime just keep striving and brainstorming on how you can turn your talent into a profit. It's possible as long as your really good at it. An hr a day can turn you into the badass you need to be. Review your goals every day- I like to do this in the mornings as a good reminder to where I'm headed & how to set my priorities. I like to choose 3-5 top priorities & must start on tasks. Always make sure you have tasks you enjoy doing as well as those dreadful yet important taxes. Visualizing your dream already coming true and feeling into how that would feel if it's already came true has powerful effects. This is a technique people use when using the powers of the law of attraction. If you don't already be sure to listen to Abraham Hicks (it'll change your life).
